1. Shipping Options:

We offer 1 type of shipping.

  • Free Shipping: There are no shipping costs.

2. Shipping Destinations:

We currently offer shipping exclusively within United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

3. Processing and Transit Times:

    • Processing: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
    • Transit: 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri)

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions. Your order’s arrival time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

4. Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders placed before 6:00 PM GMT (London) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

5. Delivery Carriers:

We primarily use UPS to ensure secure and timely delivery. A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours after your order has shipped. If you don’t receive tracking information within 2 business days, feel free to contact us at [email protected].

6. Order Tracking:

Track your order by visiting the Track Your Order page and entering your tracking number or order number with your email address.

7. Changing the Delivery Address:

If you need to modify your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.

8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses:

In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you if your order exceeds the estimated delivery time.

10. Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us right away for assistance.

11. Returns:
